Deployments for Teachers Day 2013

Dates to take note of:
1) 29th August (Thursday) - For Escorts (Red column). Briefing cum Training session from 1500-1600* outside the alumni room at the chess tables. Do bring along a pen.

2) 29th August (Thursday) - For Runners & Prize Table (Purple column), Emcees & Laptop IC. Briefing in the council room at 1430. Do bring along a pen and notebook. 
3) 31st August (Saturday) - For Emcees & Laptop IC (Orange column). Rehearsal for Teachers Day from 0745-1130* in the hall.

4) 2nd September (Monday) - For Emcess & Laptop IC (Orange column) & other SRs on duty (purple column). Rehearsal 2 for Teachers Day from 1500-1800* in the hall. Councillors involved would be excused from CCA.
*Timings are estimated.

-Entrance duty under the blue column is only tentative, more details would be given to the councillors deployed for that duty once confirmed.

Schedule for teacher's recess patrolling

Hi councillors, attached is the schedule for the teacher's recess patrolling duty.
As most of you should know by now, recess patrolling is to be performed with the discipline teachers. The duty will be as per normal for councillors, which they would follow their routine checks until they meet the discipline teachers along the corridors -  they would perform the patrolling together. Thus, there would not be a suggested meet-up point for the teachers and councillors.
