Interview of Sec 2 Councillor Potentials (11^th Feb 2012, Saturday)

Information:

·         Meeting Time is 7.30 at 1D Classroom.

·         Holding room will be 1H class room, senior mentors will be taking attendance.

·         After interviewing any one, 1 Exco will go back to the meeting room to ask for the next interviewee according to their chosen timing. ( 1^st come 1^st served basis)

·         Classroom 1F and 1G will be used as the interview rooms.

·         After the interview, 1 Exco will bring the student to the holding room which is 4D   classroom and senior mentors will be supervising them.

·         After confirming the potentials, the others will be dismissed and the rest will wait for their interview with the teachers- Ms Pey and Mrs Lo in 1F and 1G Classrooms.

·         1E Classroom : Basyirah, Khalisah, Carey(late)

·         1F Classroom : Feng Xia, Jeslin, Lyon(late)

·         1G Classroom : Joey, Shi Ting, Shaw En

Instructions:

1.      Interview by Excos will be from 0800-1010 ( Max: 6 qns, 10 mins each)

2.      Discuss and pick out the potential councilors from 1010-1025

3.      Results of Round 1 interview will be announced at 1030

4.      Shortlisted candidates will proceed to Round 2 of the interview with the teachers at 1045 in 1F and 1G class rooms.

Half Mast -[for action] Demise of Dr Toh Chin Chye: Half-Mast Procedures on 7 Feb‏

Begin the flag-raising as normal, i.e.

a.         raise the State flag ahead of the school flag at the commencement of the National Anthem

b.         time the raising of the State flag so that it reaches the top of the pole just as the National Anthem comes to a close

c.         the school flag is raised to the top of the pole just after the State flag

With both flags at the top of the pole and the National Anthem ended, lower both flags together to the half-mast position (i.e. 1/3 mark from top of flag pole) and secure the flags. Please note that the State flag must not be lower than the school flag at half-mast.

*** On Tuesday 7th Feb, sec 4 seniors on flag duty will be pulling the flags.
