There will be a briefing session for those deployed for GUEST RECEPTION DUTY on Tuesday, 10 March. The OIC will of Guest Reception Duty will be relaying the details to you. 

Kindly take note of your respective attire for the School  Anniversary. For councillors who will be wearing the vest, please wear a white shirt with your tie. An image of the shirt is attached below. 

Councillors who are involved in the parade, please go for your parade before reporting for duty. Please do inform your OIC so that they will be aware of your absence prior to that.

Please do take note that there will be rehearsal for ALL COUNCILLORS DEPLOYED on upcoming Wednesday, 11 March 2015. The rehearsal will start at 3.30pm and kindly report to your respective Teacher-IC at the respective venues in your school uniform.
