And for the Sec 2s (only), you guys have to form into groups of 4 / 5.
For the groupings, please include one chairperson per group.
So, there should be a total of 2 groups of 4 councillors, and 3 groups of 4 councillors + 1 chairperson.
Each group is to assign 1 OIC (Overall-in-charge).
