New NCSC Groupings - 2014

Hi councillors, we've reshuffled your groupings for 2014 such that each councillor would be able to interact better with one another. Attached below are the new groupings so do take note.

In addition, as there is a lack in manpower of Lower Sec Recess at the moment, we've combined Groups 1&3 and Groups 2&4 respectively to form Groups A&B. The Sec2s would therefore have recess duty once every two weeks so do take note.
