As for the 14th, the event would likely start at about 1600hours and end around 1800hours, depending on your task. Your respective Teacher-in-charge would brief you more about these details during your rehearsal.
If you are unable to make it down for the anniversary and/or have to leave early, please do notify me via text ASAP with valid reasons stated.
We seek your understanding that manpower is really tight for the event and that all available councillors (Non-UGs and/or performers.) have been deployed. Therefore, if your clash in events are due to tuition, piano lessons etc, we kindly seek your cooperation in making efforts to arrange for a make-up session instead. Otherwise, do contact me.
Also, for councillors who've been deployed to be Ushers for Guests, we'll be needing you to bring along a long sleeve white formal shirt to accompany the school vests. (image of shirt example is attached below.)
For councillors who're deployed for duties in the hall, you'll be required to wear the school blazer.
