Deployments For Teachers' Day 2014










Notes: 

  • Kindly take note of your respective duty deployments. For escorts, do take note of the teachers that you are supposed to escort.
  • Councillors deployed for photography, clicker and curtains, please report at the hall on 2 September (Tuesday) for rehearsal from 3pm - 5pm. Councillors will be exempted from CCA and SSLs.
  • Reporting time on 4 September ( Thursday )
  •  - Escorts : 10.25 am sharp
  •  - Game Emcees & Runners : Leave class at 9.15am and report to hall at 9.30am 
  •  - Backstage & Logistics : Leave class at 9.15am and report to hall at 9.30am (tentative)
  •  - Clicker & Curtains: Leave class at 9.15am and report to hall at 9.30am (tentative)
