Roles and Responsibilities

Councillors

Station 1 (Presiding Officer)	Ensure he/she has 2 sets of voting slip for both upper and lower class (refer to Appendix C). Ensure attendance taken using class list provided. To hand out 1 voting slip per student and ensure student has a pen.
Station 2	Ensure the security of the ballot box as well as no communication between students when they walk back to class through the back door.

EXCOs

Classroom Block	Ensure that the whole process of election is run smoothly and conducted in a fair manner. Ensure the speed of voting is consistent among classes, otherwise he/she need to inform councillors to hasten the process.


Outside HOD Room	Assist the voting for the KPs and non-form teachers with Station 1 and Station 2 format. To take attendance of KPs and non-form teachers once they have voted to keep track on the attendance.

Spiral Staircase	Point of contact to give instructions for councillors to move to specific venues.
Meeting Room	Collate the attendance of all classes, KPs and non-FTs with class list and attendance sheet. Ensure all ballot boxes are returned and all excess voting slips.




Stationed at Meeting Room -Standby	Prepare to replace for any councillors who are absent.
