Reporting time: 1:00 PM outside NYP Auditorium
End time: 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Lunch will not be provided so please have lunch before coming
Dinner will be provided. Do bring along a water bottle.
All councillors need to be in blazer except group 2
All Boys need to be in long pants if you're wearing blazer.
There will be 4 groups
Group 1 will be in charged of Ushering the VIPs to their seats
Group 2 will be in charged of selling items. A teacher will brief you more about it on that day.
Group 3 will be the ones tearing the ticket and allowing the people in at the entrance.
Group 4 will be guarding the VIP seats to make sure no one except the VIP sit there. VIP will be identified by Mr Tay at the reception table and ushered in by Group 1.
