It is to put on the noticeboard for the chart of departments.

Requirements:
1) PROPER HAIRSTYLE IS REQUIRED.
Girls: Pin-up your fringe.
Boys: No long fringes or sideburns. Dont spike your hair.
Be as neat as possible!
